This started by supporting farmers with training on good agricultural practices, developing a better knowledge about agronomy and processing. Understanding the terroir is key to give the right recommendations, aiming to improve both sustainability and profitability at farm level.

Finally, harvesting at the right time, with the right selectivity, is the way for farmers to get the best quality. There are no intermediaries in the purchasing of the ripe beans so the farmers can get the best price, rewarding their year-long hard work.

In addition, support on infrastructures has been provided to improve the life of the whole community.
