Our History
Passionate about Vietnam, the Origin Vietnam team have been discovering and enjoying the amazing people, landscapes and the unbelievable products the country has to offer. The world famous Vietnamese coffee, the delicious local cuisine, the sugar cane juice, the salt, the pepper, and of course the fish sauce!
The list is truly endless.
But we faced some scepticism regarding overall quality, hygiene, labor management and the environment.
With this in mind, we went searching across the country to find the best products to share with our friends. The quality was, of course, our top priority but it wasn’t our only driver. We listened and took our customers concerns on-board to make both sustainability and rural development a key part of our infrastructure and focus.
That’s how Lecomte Asia was born.
Our goal now is to meet more producers and local partners, understand their products, understand their challenges and understand them. Our passion and drive to promote fair trade, sustainable development and environmental awareness are key in the process.
It is an on-going mission which we hope will bring producers and customers closer, letting the latter know the amazing resources of the people working to make Vietnam a landmark for food quality, combining the unique taste of the products with a will to make the production more sustainable so our grand-grand-grand-children will be able to feel the tasting pleasure we have now.

Our Projects
The goal and reason to live of Origin Vietnam is to promote high quality products made in Vietnam. This is why our opportunities to add new items for you to discover is endless.
As said before, we focus on quality so the process can take a long time before being available to you. We work to ensure that we implement a fair trade deal with the farmers, who must have a sustainable approach in their production.
We have tons of projects we would like to share with you, but we all have to be patient and make sure only the best ends up on your shelves !
